350g Gluten Free Pasta – I used penne
1 cup Gluten Free 1000 Island Dressing
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Seafood – I used canned salmon
11/2 teaspoon Lemon juice (optional)
1/2 cup Celery – chopped (optional)
1/2 cup diced Red Capsicum (optional)
Cook Pasta. Drain Pasta and cool. Combine the remaining ingredients together and mix in with the Pasta. Add more 1000 island dressing if desired.
This is quick and easy to make.
You can use shells, spirals or elbows as well for the pasta. For the seafood you can also use shrimps, surimi, fish pieces, mussels, scallops etc.
I made it with all the optional ingredients added.
It easily doubles, which I did and took half to P’s party, and we had the rest for tea.
